When the life you’re living doesn’t look like the life you imagined.
Therapy for women who are tired of overthinking and caught between the life they imagined and the life they’re living.
You told yourself that life would look different by now—that you’d feel better, more connected, and further along with the relationship, family, career, and life you imagined.
You’ve built a life that looks good on the outside. But inside, something feels off.
You can’t stop thinking about what you thought life would be like and what life really is.
You don’t have to keep performing fine while quietly struggling.
You don’t have to keep carrying this alone.
Now you’re feeling a quiet ache
Hi, I’m Becky.
I know what it’s like to imagine your life unfolding one way, only to find yourself somewhere you never expected to be.
I know those restless nights when your mind won’t slow down, even though you’re exhausted. I know what it’s like to move through the day running on empty, holding everything together and still being the person others can count on—while quietly wondering, “Why is this so hard for me? Is something wrong with me?”
Over time, I’ve learned that you can have a beautiful, meaningful life and relationships you deeply value, while still grieving parts of the life you thought you’d have. Both can be true. And that quiet ache doesn’t have to feel so heavy forever.
Areas of Focus
Grief
Grief isn’t only about losing someone. It can also be grieving the life, relationships, or the future you thought you’d have. We work to uncover the losses and grief them. Therapy offers space to honor that loss while finding your way forward in the life you’re living now.
Anxiety
Anxiety can leave you overthinking, second-guessing yourself, and struggling to be present. Therapy can help you understand what’s underneath the worry and recognize the patterns keeping you stuck. Together, we’ll work toward feeling more grounded, confident, and connected to yourself.
